Dr. Chenier attended Tulane University in New Orleans for undergraduate school and Meharry Medical College for medical school. He completed his residency at Charity Hospital and United States Public Health Service Hospital both in New Orleans. Dr. Chenier is originally from New Orleans. His specialty is emergency medicine and has been practicing in Tallulah since 1982. Dr. Chenier is a member of the National Medical Association and the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
