Dr. Neumann attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge for undergraduate school and LSU in New Orleans for medical school. He completed his internship at Confederate Memorial Medical Center in Shreveport and his residency at E.A. Conway in Monroe. Dr. Neumann is originally from Tallulah. He has been practicing general medicine in Tallulah since July 1970 and is a member of Delta Medical Society, Louisiana State Medical Society, and the American Medical Society.
